This Farmers Screen project addresses the following issues:

The Jordan Ditch diverts water from Bear Creek and is located on Forest Service land. This project included work on a new rock weir to direct water into the diversion while allowing up and downstream fish passage in the stream.

The diverted water flows through a new head gate and then down a canal to the three section modular Farmers Screen unit. The screened water continues down the canal while the cleaning water returns to the creek via a pipe.
