FCA Board President Tim Annala

Tim Annala, Board Chair:  Mr. Annala is a life-long Hood River orchardist.  He is a board member of the Farmers Irrigation District and the Oak Grove Water Company.  He was formerly on the board of the Diamond Fruit Company.

FCA Board Secretary, Maui Meyer

Maui Meyer, Board Secretary:  Mr. Meyer is a partner of Argonaut Investments (6TH Street Bistro, Celilo, Copper West, Nisei Property and Community Development, Oregon Growers and Shippers).  He is a founding board member of the Community Renewable Energy Association, and chair of the Hood River County Renewable Energy Task Force.  He is also a Hood River County Commissioner.

FCA Board Treasurer, Sandy Borowy

Sandi Borowy, Board Treasurer:  Ms. Borowy is Director of Budget and Fianance for Hood River County, and has received the Government Finance Officers national award “Certificate of Achievement for Excellence in Financial Reporting” for three years.  She is former Executive Director of Mid-Columbia Council of Governements.  She is also a Certified Public Accountant.

FCA Board Member, Fritz von Lubken

Fritz von Lubken, Board Member: Mr. von Lubken is a long-time Hood River Orchardist and currently on the board of the Hood River County Farm Bureau.  He formerly served as a board member of Farmers Irrigation District.  He is also on the Farm Advisory Committee of 1000 Friends of Oregon.
