FCA’s partner Specialty Metal Fabricators, based in Portland, Oregon manufacture the modular Farmers Screens completely in their shop before shipping to the install site. For Custom Screens, SMF staff arrive on site to install the screen material and other components.
Our Partners
FCA and the Farmers Screen both exist today because of a significant number of individuals, organizations, and agencies that have generously provided support, connections, and/or funding. While the list of supporters is far too extensive to realistically and respectfully list, below is a short list FCA’s partners.
Farmers Irrigation District
Of course, Farmers Irrigation District is the reason that FCA and the Farmers Screen both exist today. As the inventors of the Farmers Screen, the visionary district ensured the Farmers Screen’s success as well as that eventual profits be restricted for the common good. To learn more about the Farmers Irrigation District reason for creating the Farmers Screen and supporting FCA, read the case study, or visit FID’s website.
